Since October 2022, I am trying to fix my LG refrigerator, kickoff I called Sears because it was a name that I trusted, the tech guy came and gave a diagnostic that I need a new water ice maker, also he offered the Sears plan that I could fix up to 11 appliance in my home, I decided to buy the programme, when he came back to replace the ice make he broke some other office of my fridge, than my nightmare started. Since this day they already sent 4 tech to my home and zilch was resolved. My washer was defective and it took 8 tech visits and multiple ordered wrong parts. Finally the terminal tech fixed it in 15 minutes with none of the wrong ordered parts. I take been told numerous times over this concluding month that UPS would be contacting me to pick upwards the parts. Never happened. and I all the same go "we volition contact you in 72 hours".....the 3rd "maybe response" is coming in the next 3 days....this is the 3rd time....If this doesn't happen this time I will escalate this legally against sears service.....

Terrible feel. All I needed was a dryer heating element replaced on our 10 yr old Kenmore dryer. I was charged $175 for a part that I can buy on Amazon for $58. I was charged $250 for less than an hour of labor. Heck of a business model. Gouge your life-long customers until they never want to do business with you again. Farewell, Sears, you deserve to leave of business….



Bought a $3024.xxx refrigerator four years ago. Called for service and was given an appointment date of 1/eighteen/22. Sears delayed the appointment to ane/xx/22. Technician arrived and evaluated all parts, placed the gild and advised of labor fee since all parts were nether manufacturer warranty. Was given another appointment date of two/iii/22 for completion of repair. Parts arrived at my abode on 1/26/22. I don't know how this website gives SHS a iv.vii review. All the reviews below confirm mine, that the service is awful. I hired them for a dishwasher repair. A guy showed up, ordered a function, information technology came, and no one has shown upwards for weeks despite three appointments fabricated. Our kickoff fault was hiring this service, the 2d was paying in full. Do Non Rent THIS SERVICE. I have to push a star, only really, my review is 0.



I have been contesting with Sears to become my fridge repaired since 11/21. I keep setting up appointments and they put on the appointment that I have the Sears Habitation Warranty WHICH I DO NOT! So they have to cancel the engagement and and ready a new i without the home warranty. Of course it's a later date. Finally I got to reschedule for today 10-2 and I was simply informed at 11:55 that the tech called in sick so I have to reschedule. Now I have to await, without a fridge, til Dec 16th. This is ridiculous!



Sears and Kenmore do not back their products this is the 2nd Kenmore washer I have had that has non had a long life. Last ane I had purchased the extended warranty and the cost of the repair in 2022 was 515.87 which only lasted a yr before I purchased a new machine in 2022. I live in a household of 2 people and the issue is not any blazon of abuse the loads are never full and in fact the repairman I had expect at it said to tech support he could tell that information technology had not been used hard. Much as I would like to use SHS for farther work that needs to be washed, SHS will be the terminal visitor I contact. The technician was personable, efficient, effective... the cost was ridiculous. Labor for installing a part that took 30-twoscore minutes to diagnose and install was $240. As much as I like the service itself, the cost was excessive. My own mistake for simply hearing the overall cost and not realizing how it was dissever between the part that needed to be replaced and the labor to install it.



Sears repairs are a bunch of crooks. Dont fall for their cocky-serving, self eritten reviews they ask y'all for when they come. I accept a leakeage in my front end load washer that is dripping water into my neiborgh'due south appartment. I chosen Sears and they came. Their diagnose was a faulty rubber seal that closes the door so water doe snot come out. The technician ( very kind) had a replacement role in his truck. He changed it, charged and took the opportunity to meet us some appliance insurance warranty. The leakeage started again in iii days.
